About Course

This course has the following objectives:

•Develop academic writing skills required for a junior investigator
•Prepare an appropriate manuscript for submission in a local, regional, or international peer-reviewed journal within 3 to 6 months after joining the program

Course Content

Introduction to Academic Writing
By end of this session, participants should be able to : Choose a journal for publication Develop the manuscript template with ideas for each section mainly introduction Develop a folder with all pdf references Have a word document or/thesis to use as the road map for writing Have the reference management system installed Have a plan to complete the introduction section by next week
